Carhartt's legendary, rugged duck canvas handles the wear and tear of farm, ranch, and jobsite. Featherless insulation throughout adds low-profile warmth for bitter cold. 12-ounce, 100% ringspun cotton duck. Taffeta lining for easy on and off; 80g 3M™ Thinsulate™ featherless insulation for warmth without the weight. Cordura®-reinforced sleeve hems resist wear and tear. Carhartt-strong, triple-stitched main seams. Full-zip front. Attached hood with inner drawcord and cord-lock. Internal rib- knit storm cuffs help keep out the cold. Elbow pleats for ease of movement. Two lined front pockets, one with pen stall. Two inner pockets.

Super nice jacket. For me, it's very warm, and yet keeps you cool as well. I'm always cold, and generally wear a hooded sweatshirt under my jacket. With this one, I've not needed one. We'll see when we get some sub-freezing temperatures again, as I'm in California, and the lows have been mostly mid to higher 30s lately in my area. I'm pretty sure it will be fine as the bottom stays snug against you, keeping the drafts out. The sleeves do as well, and I love that the canvas extends below the cuff, hiding it. The hood is nice and large, drawstring will tighten it to the point it looks like a ski mask, and when zipped up fully, the neckline is nice and snug. Ample pocket space, but can't use the outer pockets for a cellphone without it standing, risking it falling out. Inside pockets are zippered on the left and velcro patch in middle of right. Left can close with my s24+ inside, but in right pocket, it fits, but blocks the velcro. Small details in my opinion, but may matter to some. As for the zipper, it's metal(looks like brass), and feels like it's robust enough that it will last the life of the jacket. Overall, excellent quality as always. ... show more

Bought for a gift for my Brother who ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! He's built with LOTS of muscle and girth in his upper chest wears a suit size 50 chest and this fit him perfect even with a hoodie layered under it!! That is what I was hoping for because he is a Dozer owner/driver I wanted him to be plenty warm too in Oklahoma cold winds! The waistband and arm cuffs both stay in place not allowing wind to enter those areas and the Hood is a Perfect size as well! He was just thrilled to get a QUALITY Jacket again!! Always loved these coats, but took off one star because there’s a little hole in the pocket and it’s kind of expensive to have those mistakes. But overall, it’s good quality just going to patch that up myself.

I'm 5'3 120lbs, bigger bust line. I wasn't liking the womens jackets or color selection and was having a hard time finding reviews for the small but rolled the dice and ordered the men's small in forest green. It's great. I feel I almost could have gotten a medium. Maybe I would have if i would have tried it on. The bottom is not lose at all on me and fits snug, the zipper is super easy idk what people are complaining about. Maybe my tiny fingers helps. Love the color. IT IS SO WARM. SO SO WARM. I have a bigger bust so it can be hard to order jacket sizes right which is Maybe also why I prefer men's sizing anyways. I think I will keep the small. Hood fits great too. Will be perfect for my trip :):):). Little chemical smell but i will wash it tomorrow. No flaws or stains. Looking forward to many years with this thing Wahoo. Ladies, here's your review if your thinking about going with the men's! Much better color options IMO. ... show more
