So far this is the best long sleeve, summer work shirt I've found but I think there's probably something better out there. This isn't as cool as a light short sleeve shirt but it does protect you from the sun and mosquitoes. The orange is a burnt orange color, not the super bright safety orange. Carhartt Makes a different model that is the bright orange and feels like about the same weight. I wish I could find something like this with perforated, ventilated fabric like the motocross Jerseys that I wore when I raced. ... show more

Keeps cool on hot days, and it's very windy resistant, but the heat never really soaks through, wore on 90° days and 60° windy days and was comfortable all the time. Color is accurate, fit was as expected, good old carhartt quality, feels durable but still is light as a feather.

I got this long sleeved shirt for my adult son. I was worried that he wouldn't like the logo on the sleeve but he does. It's a rather abstract version of "Carhartt" along with the "C" on the front.
