Never bought scrubs before, but I am thoroughly pleased with these. The fabric holds up decently to the random abrasion while being extremely breathable. The pockets are ideal for me, with just enough variation in sizes and positions to keep things organized and reliable. They also look decently sharp for when I'm seen above ground at work, as it's a very upscale kind of joint. If I had to find a negative, for me, it would be the nicely stretchy but somewhat weak elastic in the waist. I'd prefer the elastic to be a bit stiffer.     • Durable, Comfortable, and Actually Flattering Scrubs That Hold Up in the ED & ICU

These men’s scrub tops have seriously impressed me. They hold their color and shape extremely well, even after repeated washes and some pretty real-world use in both the ED and ICU. I’ve had my fair share of “blah 🤮” moments with various body fluids, and I can honestly say nothing has stained or stuck around after washing. The material has just the right amount of give—especially when pulling it on and off—without ever feeling loose or stretched out. They stay structured but flexible where it counts. Sizing is something to pay attention to. I’m 6’0”, 178 lbs with an athletic build, and surprisingly I wear a Small top and Medium Tall bottoms. I hate when scrubs ride up when sitting or bending over, but these stay put and don’t expose my waistline. At the same time, they’re breathable enough to stay comfortable in hot rooms during long shifts. I’m big on pockets, and these deliver. There’s plenty of space for everything I carry daily without feeling bulky. The fit is a big win too—no “bell” look on the top and no baggy, sloppy “poopy-pants” vibe on the bottoms. They strike that perfect balance between fitted and functional. I’m not trying to be flashy, but I do like to look put-together and professional, and these absolutely check that box. It fits perfectly. The color is a very light grey which was what I expected (unlike the 'Navy' version - which is closer to Royal blue - at least to me, that is). Even after inital washing, it still has that chemical fabric finish smell. Not a biggie, just saying.

Where did Carhartt go so wrong? Absolutely terrible. The scrubs they discontinued where good, really good, heavy ripstop material, not fat guy flex polyester. Scrunched all the way around instead of just at the back and a snap instead of a button. Envision dress slacks, skinny jeans,pajama fusion. Might have just as well put feet on them. Listen, I came here looking for purple pants. Just purple pants. What I got was a complete spiritual awakening wrapped in durable ripstop fabric. The moment I slipped into these Carhartt Force Straight Leg Pants in what I can only describe as "the exact shade of purple that Barney the Dinosaur dreams about," my entire life trajectory shifted. My dog started respecting me more. My houseplants grew three inches overnight. The mailman now salutes when he sees me. The "Force" technology isn't just about moisture-wicking—it's about life force. These pants have absorbed the combined energy of every grape, eggplant, and lavender field in existence. When I wear them, I don't just walk—I glide with the confidence of a person who knows they're wearing the most magnificent purple leg-tubes ever engineered. The straight leg design is so perfectly straight that I've started using myself as a human ruler. Need to measure something? Just have me stand next to it in my purple pants. Contractors in my neighborhood have started calling me "The Purple Plumb Line." I've worn these pants to: a wedding (upstaged the bride), a funeral (brought inappropriate joy), and a job interview (they hired me on the spot, possibly out of sheer bewilderment). The reinforced knees aren't just for durability—they're for when you inevitably drop to your knees in gratitude for owning such transcendent trousers. The only downside? I can no longer see regular colors the same way. Everything that isn't this specific shade of purple looks beige and sad.
