I sincerely chose this product because of the positive reviews and pictures. I followed the steps and the result was great! Easy to apply, no need to use force, you can let it sit longer than 10 min, just make sure you use a lent free cloth to wipe after applying. The bumper of our mini truck was washed out black and it looks a ton better! Brought the black back to life! If you’re not happy with the first coat, do a 2nd, it helps! ... show more

    • Plastic Restorer is a fantastic product to renew old damaged dashboard
Plastic Restorer did a super job on my dashboard. Several years ago my daughter used something ( ???) on my dash to clean it. What ever it was damaged the surface of the vinyl, making it soft and sticky. Since that time I've tried many vinyl cleaning and restoring products but nothing had improved the condition. I was at the point that I was considering putting a custom cover of some sort over it. I came across your ad on the internet and thought I'd try one last time. It was a reasonable price and I received it promptly. When I put it on with the enclosed pad, it went on smoothly. I used some pressure, but not near as much as the other products I had tried. Does not return weathered exterior trim to black again. You’ll need a product that contains dye. It does provide a nice deep shine, but after a couple washes, you’ll need to repeat the process. Interior dash, door panels etc- this stuff is great. Though a little disappointed, this still earns FIVE STARS for a great product and great customer service and communication. A+ ... show more

Had two pieces of plastic, one was very faded from UV, the other pieces was from a car with double 0 tints. The plastic restore nicely matched both pieces.

    • Works FANTASTIC on all the black trim/mats on my Jeep Wrangler 4 x 4!
I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4 x 4 Sahara Unlimited. I use Plastic Restorer on all my black trim including mirrors, lights, hooks, latches, bumpers, side steps, interior mats, rubber seals around windows etc........anything with any sort of plastic, rubber. I love to detail my Jeep and was asked yesterday if it was new. Plastic Restorer keeps my Jeep trim looking like it just rolled off the dealers showroom floor. This stuff is Incredible! I've also used it on our 2 black outdoor patio furniture umbrella ribs, pole and finials that are 15 years old and were faded to almost a grey. It restored the black metal pole and ribs back to black along with the black finial which I think is some sort of fiberglass that takes a beating from the sun on the top of the umbrella with one application. I reapply it once a season to the outdoor patio umbrellas and about every 3 months after a wash to maintain a showroom appearance to my Jeep. Best plastic dressing around hands down! ... show more

Have a 2005 with lots of faded black plastic. This stuff not only works and makes the plastic look brand new and it last. I'm going to use it on my newer 2017 next to keep it protected. Easy to apply too:)
