I now have two of them. Great for travel, fold easily. On airplanes, regular canes have to go in overhead or in closet up front. This fits under seat and is quickly accessible. Looks OK, reasonably sturdy.

This cane is well worth the money and I am very pleased with it. For my husband's constant use, he uses a quad cane, but this cane folds nicely and fits in the wheel-chair back pack and serves him well in case he needs to make an emergency stop to the bathroom while we are out. Good product.

I originally bought this cane from my local Rite Aid store for $33.00 plus tax. When I got home I went on Amazon and found it for half of what I paid. I ordered it and even with the shipping costs it was still way cheaper. Plus, it only took two days to get it. Thanks guys, you are the best. As for the cane, it is exactly what I wanted. It folds up nicely, holds my weight and is comfortable to use. The only thing I wish it had is a wrist strap but I'll work on that myself. ... show more

I bought this cane to travel with. Folding canes are very useful for travel and the Carex appears to be a superior version of folding canes. Would be better if it came with a wrist strap.

    • Nice, attractive cane for the price.
I got lots of compliments on this cane while I recovered from a broken fifth metatarsal. It got about 6-8 weeks of daily use. I like in NYC so use was heavier than most - I do lots of walking, climbing and descending stairs to subways and the like. After about 4 weeks the cane developed a slight but noticeable bend. I am a large guy - 280 lbs - but this did not affect the folding or the use of the cane too much. Someone at my job is getting good use out of it as he suffered a similar injury recently.
