Overall it’s a great deal at $1 per headband. I would buy again. However, these aren’t cotton and they did smell bad, as others mentioned. I fluffed them in the dryer with a couple of dryer sheets and that helped. I like cotton ones because they stay on my head best, but these are fine. They are polyester-ish. I am growing out my hair and can't do much with it at the moment other than put it back in a headband. Every other cloth or plastic headband I have found makes my hair lay strangely on the right side. I don't know why. lol These are perfect! They hold my hair back without making any hair flare on one side or the other. They're the perfect width and I love it that they are wrapped to my head with the wire.
