I bought this for my wife/mistress because she has wanted to add a naughty nurse to her uniform collection. Let's cover the positives. Pro's This is made out of solid material, and had no loose strings anywhere. The costume is well stitched and the zipper does not seem flimsy at all. My wife is pleasant at about 220 pounds and 5-9ish tall. The costume"XXL" comes to her knees 'witch was important to her' The pictures shown by customers would be a good gauge on what it would look like on. I would say it is true to size in most areas -->see the cons The price was amazing for a plus size nurse in this color, Trying to find a proper color scheme was difficult in a plus size nurse costume. We looked at more than a few sites and could only find really blah looking nurses uniforms for bigger girls. It seems that the costume industry believes that all women who want to dress sexy are size 5-6 and smaller. --> The Cons This is a short Cons list, but if not added I cheat the next buyer, The belt, mentioned a few times in previous reviews is the only thing that kept this from getting a 5 star from us. It looks to us that the belt that they include with this costume is a size large/XL at best. You have to really pull it tight to get the Velcro to attach and by then it is putting a lot of pressure on the wearer. This is easily fixed by simply going to your favorite craft store/hardware store and buying you choice of Velcro or if your handy with a needle a length of passable material and a piece of Velcro. Customize the belt to your exact fit and enjoy. The only other con, and it was expected, is you need to be pretty well endowed to fill the top portion of the costume with or without a bra. Don't get me wrong, in the bedroom this great. You can have dinner and a show. But if you plan to were this to a non-deveint party it may take some doing to ensure the girls are comfortable and you look nice and fit into it. Good luck everyone. I am 5'2, a size 42DD, and usually wear 14-16 in clothes. I ordered the XX large and it fits perfect. I wear a push up bra with it to give my chest that extra lift which gives it the neckline in the picture. If you are not comfortable wearing low-cut tops or short skirts, I would not recommend this for you but if you are daring I say go for it! I wear a black bra and u could potentially wear a black cami under it if you are modest. The neckline seems to show the edges of my bra which is why I say that. The skirt is fine but I would not recommend bending over in it. You could wear a swim suit bottom or some tights if are self conscious about that. The material is a little thin but I don't feel it is see through. The little apron in the front which is attached to the skirt covers the problem tummy area which I love. The back of it is plain black which is ok but the stitching seems to be a little puckered. At this price point I guess it can't be perfect. The belt is really just a ribbon that Velcro's in the back. It seems to roll when you bend over You could potentially not wear it or get another red belt that is stiffer. I also love how the front zips. The top is attached to the skirt and just opens from the waist up. This makes it easy to get the dress on and seems very secure. I give it 5 stars because the sexiness of it beats any of the negatives but just make sure you get the black push up bra if you want the silhouette of the girl in the picture!! ... show more

I'm 5'4'' and 170lbs, with an athletic body/ broad shoulders; I bought this in a Large. With the right accessories, stockings and heels this will be very sexy but it is not necessarily figure flattering due to the fabric and shape of the dress. Here are some things to consider that you'll find many other reviewers also said: 1. The chest part is awkwardly large, perfect for very busty women and not so perfect for flat chested women (you'll need to wear a padded bra) 2. The length is SUPER short - You probably won't get away with just wearing panties underneath. I am wearing 2 layers of black shapewear to prevent flashing anyone 3. The arms are sewn incredibly tight... like they expected a very busty woman with no ass and very skinny arms to be able to wear it. As an athletic girl I will have to cut the sleeves or do something to make them more comfortable 4. I read some reviews saying the belt and hat are a joke... My belt was very well made (velcro), the hat is well made too but awkward because they attached little bobby pin loops to it, and if you are dancing the hat will probably flip around. Probably invest in another hat! ... show more
