I feel like my life is complete now that I have the Car Chap! I always have a chapstick or lip glass with me and now there’s no more rummaging through my console to find it. 👏🏼 The pink is super cute and it fits all chapsticks that I tried plus even lip glosses. It does come with installation instructions and an alcohol wipe. Overall, it was incredibly easy to install. Just clean the area you want to stick it to, wipe with alcohol pad & place it on there!! The carchap is basically a 3-D printed piece of plastic. You will hear a little of rattling but it is useful for its purpose. Silicone would have been better. I'm a sucker for the color and it's useful, so hence my star rating.

I like this lip balm holder! It is easy to use and offers a convenient storage for lip balm in the car. I will say that the width of the lip balm holder isn't too wide so it isn't useful for wider lip balms.

This is one of those products that makes me say to myself "why didn't I think of that?" It is a simple idea with simple functionality that works as designed. Although it is an unnecessary item, it does allow me to have my lip balm at my fingertips in the car or anywhere else I decide to use this. This comes with one short and reasonably wide lip balm holder, instructions, and an alcohol prep pad. It will fit some lipsticks and ChapStick, EOS, Burt's Bees, and similarly sized balm sticks. I attached photos of both a ChapStick and EOS lip balm in this holder. All I had to do was wipe down the area I was going to stick it to, wait for that area to dry, then peel the backing off and stick it to the desired location. I did have to make sure that I did not stick it to any area that had a "hood" on it (like near the speedometer) since I needed to be able to add and remove the stick. So far it sticks well but only time will tell how long this will stay on in the heat of the summer. The instructions say that this can be removed by twisting it off and not pulling it. I hope I never have to do that. Although I do love the hard plastic tube, I do wish the inside of this tube was coated with a felt or silicone finish. This can be used in other places besides the car (like in an office, beside a medicine cabinet, etc.). However, when used in a car, the lip balm bounces against the wall of the tube resulting in a rattle if I go over large potholes. If this is installed on the diagonal, the likelihood of the rattle is lessened. The current price of $9.99 is really more than double the price this should be priced at, in my opinion. I personally would not pay more than $4 for this item. It is because of the price and the lack of soundproofing inside the tube that I took off one star. Otherwise I love this because I now no longer have to sandwich my lip balm between a stuffed puppy's paws I currently have in my dash. ... show more

This is the perfect size lip balm holder! I have attached it to the lamp near my bed so that I don't have to get up to find my lip balm after laying down. It comes with a little rubbing alcohol cleaning pad to prep the surface you want to attach it to and then just peel off the backing from the adhesive on the holder and press it on and you're good to go. Love that it comes with everything you need. Very convenient and will likely order another for a backup or to place in another location. ... show more

This was super easy to install and looks so cute in my car! It holds a regular chapstick with plenty of room to spare. I think it would also hold one of the squeeze tube type of chapsticks if that’s what you use. I love it!
