She loved the zipper by her back. Plenty of room for all the things. The straps are very comfortable and adjust easily. Her water bottle fit great in the side pocket. The little bear key ring is adorable. There’s no noticeable wear or any flaws that I can see. It held up well to four flights as a carry on bag.

My daughter got the yellow back pack and it was a nicer quality than I expected. It had a lot of extra pockets including one that sits on the child’s back. All pockets have some sort of waterproof lining and it even came with the cute little bear on the zipper.
