This is my first time putting window tint on the car windows. I did one window so far and it is a learning experience even with the kit that I got separately. This film is nice, seems good quality, but I did expect it to have some clear backing I would have to peel off and it did not (this was based on how-to-apply-tint vids I watched). Definitely have to be careful not to crease it, keep it super clean, and leave a little extra around the edges until after it is appled to trim it off. If it is cloudy, give it a week or two to dry out in between the glass and film. Be sure to shape it with a heat gun if your windows bow out a little, otherwise they won’t adhere at the edges well. I got the 50% VLT so I can learn by doing the side front side windows (easiest to access and work with) before I do the rear side and back window with 15% VLT film.

I bought this to use on my old van's front windows. I am not a professional and have used some store bought tint before for front windows on an SUV. This stuff is better than what I've used before. I plan to use some of the leftover for my front door's oval window. I don't care that much for the oval and this will make the window appear more black like the paint on the door. Happy with the tint and the price.

I plan on tinting more windows but I wanted to test the tint... and my abilities... on something easier. I decided to add a tint strip to my golf cart to help with the evening sun. The tint went on easy and it looks great! I have plenty left over to move on to more difficult projects.
