Amazon just lost my kind review and wasted more of my time and effort with this garbage product. So now I will only provide the highlights: Deserves a zero star rating. Delivered on cardboard tube with only clear cellophane to protect the film - no box. Falsely advertised. Not ceramic or professional grade. Zero % heat/UV radiation deflection. Provides zero % night privacy. Darker tint available on cheap sunglasses from gas stations. Least light filtration on "5%" film I have ever seen in 20 years of working with glass heat mitigation products. Waste of my time, money, resources, and effort. Thanks for making right by me Amazon.com, but honestly the listing should be removed due to gross/flagrant inaccuracies. If you're only interested in price, this film will make you happy enough. This tint is decent . But it is not as thick as I thought and was easy to tear while cutting, soake sure your razer blade/box cutter is not dinged and dull like mine. One thing is that the instructions look like they're telling you to put it on the outside on the car window, but you're supposed to read them and you'll see it goes on the inside of the car windows. We felt immediate relief of the heat and the tint was just enough to still have a little sunlight but keep people from seeing in as easily. As you can see in the picture, this roll was enough for a 15 passenger van, minus the two front roll down windows. I have never rented windows before so the first one was a bit tricky, and I ended up having to cut a new piece for the small window I started on. It's not terribly difficult to install, but it does take effort and determination, a heat gun, a spray bottle of a little soapy water, and a plastic scraper. Don't scrap the window tint without first heating it up some, it will scratch and tear. It took me, with the help of my child to hold and spray and scrape a little, 5 hours. As a teenager I worked at a detail shop and did tinted windows daily. So Ive used alot of different material. This is not super high end, but it works fine. My only complaint is its not as good adhesive as the higher end stuff, so if you dont get an edge perfect you could have to redo it.
