UPDATE: Even though the original didn't last long, the company stood behind its product. I contacted their support and told them what had happened. They immediately sent me a new one. No hassle at all. I really appreciated being treated well, and I'm confident this one will last longer. Disappointed to say the least. Purchased this on April 1st (today is June 29th) and this is what we woke up to this morning. I know they don't last forever, but we haven't even had extreme weather yet. I bought this for my 1953 Chevy 210. It fits over the car great. I can't speak to how well it would hold up outside as I keep my car parked in the garage. I bought it to help keep dust of the car but I only put it on the car once. I painted my car black and when I took the cover off, it was leaving light scratches on the paint. If it had been any other color, you would probably never notice. Also the paint was less than a year old. Although the car looks great black, I kind of wish I went with a different color. Anyway, if you have an older paint job or maybe a more forgiving color, this cover may work great. Although it seems a bit thin for outdoor use, I think it is fine for garage use. Original review: 6 months and it split on the drivers side. ..."ya get what ya get" at this price point I guess. If your car sits in a garage, this cover should last. Used to cover 1999 Isuzu Amigo. Granted this was used in Az. but it never made it to the summer months. I'd stay away if you need a reliable cover that lasts awhile. UPDATE May 20 2023...... After submitting the above review the company contacted me.After I explained that I appreciated their reply about being concerned about the cover I figured that was it. I then received a request as to where they should send a free replacement cover! NOTE that I never asked for a refund or replacement, this is really a company that stands behind their product!
