I bought tights from Danskin, Capezio, and a few other brands for work as a server to compare. These are by far the best if you are looking for sheer tights, good hold and coverage, and tear resistance. I wear my tights for 8-14 hours at a time 4-5 days a week. They are comfortable everywhere! They look great AND I have had these for months and I've worn them probably 15 to 20 times and they are just now starting to wear out in the thighs and destroy at the bottom. I bought these for a dance performance. I typically wear my dance shoes barefoot, but I wanted the smooth look of stockings. (I’m an older woman and my legs aren’t what they used to be.) The stirrups allowed my heels and toes to contact my shoes just enough so I felt stable without any slippage. I danced a fabulous tango with a lot of turns. In the video I thought my legs looked smooth, no veins or such showing through, yet a perfect match for my skin color. These were perfect for a concert that was cold and I didn’t want to shave for. I only bought them for that event but have used them many times since! Size was nice. They don’t dig too much into the stomach and stay up well.
