Description

As EOS cameras become more sophisticated, so the Canon instruction manual for your camera gets longer. Whilst the manual is always essential reading, you need something a little more pocketable when out and about, to check your settings and . Canon tutor Nina Bailey, who is also Technical Editor of EOS magazine and author of the popular EOS eBook series, has the solution. This Pocketbook for the Canon EOS R5 is a concise guide to the most used and confused features and controls on your camera, based on Nina s vast experience as lecturer at EOS Training Academy hearing first-hand what photographers want to know and understand about how their EOS R5 camera operates. It's printed in full colour and only A6 in size (105 × 148 mm), so is truly pocketable and portable. Slip into your camera bag or pocket and this little guide is on-hand to remind you of the key controls and overrides for your camera when out in the field. And for extra protection when out-and-about, your Pocketbook comes in a durable clear plastic pocket. 60 pages long. Read more

  • Pocketbook R5
Even after the first dozen pages it is apparent how helpful this pocketbook is. Descriptions are specific, to the point, illustrated and most helpful to someone totally new to mirrorless cameras and specifically the R5. It is obvious that as a trainer Ms Bailey is most helpful to people following their interest. Well done! ... show more

  • Excellent guide
Convenient to carry "in the field" and much easier to use than trying to wade through Canon's download only manual.

  • Type So Small You Cannot Read It
I have never seen such small type in my life, in a product meant for reading. I hold a degree in printing, I cannot believe someone would produce a pocket guide like this. The type is probably size 2 (normal textbooks/newspapers are in 10 pt type). Six point type is the smallest readable type, for most. I thought this book would be useful in the field and have abbreviated information about the Canon R5. It does not. It is an entire textbook condensed to a tiny sized book that is not readable for most people. I returned it. ... show more
