I was fine with the new bottle and changed color, but not the diminution and changes to the perfume. I expect much better from Dana. Not sure I will repeat this purchase. As someone who used to work in the industry, I can understand reducing package costs, but never downgrades to product. Not at these prices. The juice is the least cost item in manufacture.

Loved this stuff back in college. Wanted to have a scent that took me back. This does do a little. But it is about 30% as strongly scented as the original

I liked the scent. It's what I remember from the 1960's. But it only lasts about 30 minutes (the original lasted all day). This is NOT the original cologne we thought we were buying. This is a watered-down version labeled as "after shave' (which explains why it doesn't last on the skin). ALL these 'Canoe by Dana' products are now labeled as 'aftershaves', 'toilet splash', "EDT' or "Eau de Canoe..." (which means 'water of Canoe' in French). You have to read the box's small print!! So, they all smell like the original. But, the original can't be purchased ANYWHERE. It doesn't exit. Just these watered-down versions.
