So my Kahlua has been less itchy and she has been shedding less. My sister's pocket bully comes over and she gets excited to eat some of my Kaluha's food. My sister buys similar food, but her dog eats this up. Very happy with this product and it's healthy for her.

Thought this product worked well, my dogs liked the taste and my dog with a sensitive stomach tolerated it. Then my other dog developed a heart murmur and I was told by the vet that dogs need grain in their diet and lack of grain could be contributing to her heart problems. This food is grain free.

After trying different dry food for my English bulldog with skin issues, I had her on this and after 3-4 months her coat is back to perfect and all bald thinning spots are gone. I think this food had a lot to do with it--salmon formula.

My dog transitioned to this food when I felt his older food was no longer a good plan. Merrick was purchased by purina and the small ingredient type plan changed to a "new formula". My pup likes this food, no issues there, but over time he's keeps on having digestive issues and when my neighbors, who coincidentally feed their two small dogs the same, had kidney stone issues, I've decided to move on. I want to state clearly that I don't know if it is the food, but when the only thing a dog consumes is a single brand of food and when another dog has some issues with digestive track, it makes you wonder. Honestly I don't think we have all that great options on pet food so you simply have to go with what your own pets are comfortable with. I initially thought this food was way over priced, but it came down to a reasonable price, but again, my dog didn't seem to do too well with it and I'm moving on. ... show more
