I am updating my review below from the outstanding customer service I received from the company. They saw my review and immediately sent me out a full replacement lamp. Couldn't be happier! ---- I have bought this candle warmer many times as gifts and everyone has seemed to love it. I finally bought one for myself. I used one time and on the second time, the light bulb burnt out within 1 minute of turning it on. I would prefer to not send the entire thing back for one bulb but there is no way to contact the seller to ask for a replacement bulb for this obviously defective one.

Beautiful product and worked well until one day it stopped turning on altogether. The cord is no longer powering on at all. UPDATE: the seller was incredibly responsive to my concerns and offered to replace my item and look into possible causes. Customer service was incredible!

I’ve bought several candle warmers and have not had a problem with the light bulbs. I’ve never had to change a bulb in any of them (different sellers/models). I gave this as a gift and the bulbs that come with it have both burned out. Or at least they stopped working.

I got 2 of these around Christmas time one as a gift and one for myself. It worked pretty well when it was actually working. With adjustable light levels and height, I thought this was a cute piece of decor and lighting I could keep in my room. The first issue I had with this was that sometimes after setting the timer it would turn off, as expected, but would then randomly turn back on hours later without my knowing, which could’ve been potentially dangerous. The bulbs seemed to last a couple months with intermittent use, but eventually busted. The second bulb shorted(?) much faster than the first for me. I bought replacement bulbs and was ready to use my lamp again, but now it will not turn on at all, and it seems to not be transmitting any power. Very disappointing that it didn’t even last a year.
