Fits perfectly just below the waist, ordered per the sizing chart. Room enough for a sweatshirt or sweater if need be. Warm, light, and comfortable. Front pockets will easily hold a hat or gloves. Other pockets are honestly quite small. Hood is sized nicely and warm but doesn't weigh heavy. Nice coat.

This is the best winter jacket I've purchased. It is very warm for our cold winters. The jacket has a lot of pockets, the price was right, and I'm happy the way it fits around the hips...no gaps for wind to get through. Would recommend this jacket to anyone who likes a shorter (but warm) fit!
