We recently purchased some land where we relocated our rv and needed extra capacity for our black tank until we could have a septic installed. This unit worked perfectly for our application. Additionally, we will be using it while dry camping to extend our stay. Its quality is very good - it’s very durable and made of good material. I did not purchase the optional gauge; however, that is not a problem since I only fill it while I monitored its level manually. It does get heavy when full, so the wheels is an added convenience when moving it around as opposed to not having them. This unit comes with a short fill hose, so you can easily connect to the rv’s waste water tank’s valve for emptying - this is convenient and much nicer! Once full you can use any tow vehicle to transport to a dump station by using the supplied handle. This is a big honey wagon, that comes with all needed hoses and adapters for typical RV / camping use. It's very heavy duty and when full - very heavy itself. But with the included handle, it attaches easily to the back of you tow vehicle for transport to dump station.

I bought this tote about a year ago and have used it several times. The tote itself works great, good solid construction. The only down fall to the whole thing is the water hose rinse Inlet. If you put too much water pressure to it or side to side pressure to it, it breaks. I have replaced this valve twice in the past year. Luckily, they are available through Camco. I recommend that you buy a couple to have on hand, since when it breaks, you have no way to seal the tank from leaking. ... show more
