Either the band fits or the cups do but not usually both. I have considered buying a medium but am afraid it may be too big around. I am 5’1 and 163 lbs and a 34G and I got the X-Large. It was the biggest size they had. It’s comfy and stretchy but not supportive at all. It makes my boobs sag a lot and the straps feel very weak. These hold up well in the washer and are usually hung to dry but I imagine they’d be fine in the dryer. They’re lightweight but supportive (B cup). I’ve been buying these for a few years for my teenager and we keep coming back to them.
