Seem like solid shorts, the bottom is much less refined than the images would indicate. There are three lines of stitching to keep it from coming totally undone but the bottom edge is fairly raw and will shed a fair amount (at least at first, no idea what they will be like in a year). Exactly what hubby was looking for, soft fabric and seems to be good quality, the reason for 4 stars is the zipper pockets, he has bigger hands so getting into them is hard and not deep.
