I'm 5'11", 170 lbs and the small fits me just right (as opposed to M I usually wear). I have sensory issues and the feel of the shirt is unbelievably comfy, I almost feel shirtless (a couple CK liquid touch t-shirts I have lost their place to this in terms of comfort).
