i ordered a used callaway epic 3 wood 15 degree. used clubs come in different grades: excellent, good, used, etc. i think i chose good. the club came with a few ball imprints on the face, 2 minor very short scratches on the top, the bottom of the club head is slightly used. it looks like someone went to the driving range and did not like this club and returned it. the club head is in very good shape. the shaft and grip look new. and a new head cover. i have bought a driver and 3 wood both "used" and am very happy with my purchases. i would definitely buy another used club if i can get this value. callaway has a list at there website but i bought it on amazon because amazon usually has easy returns. but i did not try to return a used golf club and don't know if callaway or amazon has an easier/cheaper return process. i do wish they would show photos of the actual item instead of descriptions. ... show more

Couldn't have been more excited to get this in the mail. Saw this club for the price and was a bit skeptical at first but once I opened it, I was in the best shock possible! Brand new, well wrapped (head covered in bubble wrap to protect it), came with a new head cover and a standard but very nice Lamkin grip. Overall I could not be more pleased! For $60 that I paid for this club it was actually in great shape. It looks like brand new. I think it had one little mark on it.. Was in pretty good shape. I just cleaned it up. Put some soap on it scrubbed it real good I can use it nice for the price now I’m gonna look for a driver.
