It's surprising how tough it can be to find 100% cotton sheets with all the misleading titles stating things like "100% cotton alternative" or "like 100% cotton" in the title. This is the 2nd time I'm buying sheets from this seller. It's a little pricier, but you're actually getting cotton sheets, so I think it's worth the premium (which isn't that much, by the way). The sheets look nice as well. Expect a bit of wrinkling after a couple of washes because there is no polyester in the materials used, but if you have a comforter, no one is going to see the wrinkles anyway (which aren't too bad). ... show more

They're like Percale sheets. Strong, well made & I'm sure they'll last for years. To me, this is how sheets should be. The picture doesn't do it justice. If you're looking for soft or wrinkle free, this isn't for you. (Although they say they get softer when you wash a few times. ) If you're looking for strong, allergy free sheets, then this is definitely for you. I only recommend washing first because I noticed in the dryer vent that there was some fine white lint, and it might have stuck to night clothes if I hadn’t washed first. They fit well, they’re cool and crispy. They’re not very soft, but I like mine crispy for summer. If you want very soft sheets don’t buy. ... show more

Have returned several other sheet sets due to poor quality. These sheets are the best I’ve found. They launder nicely and feel good to the touch. I plan to order more sets in the future.

I'm not super picky about sheet softness but I do care about 100% cotton. These sheets fit my bed nicely and really do feel softer after a few washes. They hold up well and are a good budget purchase. If you really care about sheets being super soft, you may not like these as much.

Right out of the box these sheets feel soft and durable but also the sticker says to wash first so maybe they’ll get even softer? I might update after washing if I remember. They are really nice!

    • Where Are the Deep Pockets?

This is my third set of bottom sheets from California Design Den. The original top sheets are still in perfect condition, but my husband's heels rubbing against the bottom sheet eventually wears a hole in it , hence the replacement. The first two I bought directly from CDD: this is my first set from Amazon. I checked the size noted on the packaging and washed them as usual, looking forward to having new ones on the bed. Problem is, these have a pocket depth of about 7 inches. Not so when I bought them direct. They barely cover the mattress, and there is absolutely nothing to tuck in. I have a Saatva split-king adjustable bed with two twin XL mattresses, but they're not fancy or very deep. (In fact, I used to grouse mentally about having so much to tuck in.) I love the sheets, but these are going back and I'll order direct. Never expected this to be an issue with a CDD product. ... show more
