Only slept on these sheets one night but I am very happy. These are the most expensive sheets I have ever had so I was worried they weren't going to be worth the price. However, they feel nice and thick so it seems like they will last awhile. They have a nice, somewhat crisp but very comfortable feel. I am OCD when it comes to bedding and have 50 years as an adult purchasing every type of sheet set on the market from $40-$180. After reading the reviews on Amazon, I decided to give these a try and I am very happy I did, as these are best sheets I have ever purchased. The weight is perfect, though they are substantial, they don’t lay heavy on you and are very comfortable. I sleep warm, my wife sleeps cold, and they are perfect for both of us. The quality is fantastic, with wide sturdy seams, deep fitted sheet pockets and soft luxurious material. Best of all though is the elastic used on the bottom fitted sheet so you can easily make the bed. Now that may not sound like a huge deal, but it is, especially after sheets have been washed and dried a few times and they shrink, and it is all but impossible to attach the fitted sheet to the mattress. I guess the bottom line as to my satisfaction with this purchase, I purchased a second set the following day. Best sheet set ever in my opinion! ... show more

These sheets are used for our master bedroom, and after my first sleep, I felt that they were comfortable, cool, and wicked. One drawback though: on initial wash, I washed the sheets with other colors, and they did pick up some specks of pink tint.

I like these 800 thread count sheets because they are thick and soft but also durable enough to wash at least once a week without them showing any wear and tear. They are cotton so if you want wrinkle free these are not for you. Take them out of the dryer and put them on immediately or iron them. I think anything nicer, like the Brooklinen sheets will cost 3+ times the price of these. Good value and a good product, highly recommend. ... show more

I’ve been searching for affordable luxury 100% cotton sateen sheets for YEARS after my favorite set was lost in a move. I’m kind of a nut about good sheets - understatement - but spending $500+ isn’t realistic. So I’ve purchased and returned many, many sets in the $200 - $300 range that just weren’t worth it. But THESE sheets are the real deal. I ordered the 800 count king set with extra pillows. After washing, they’re that perfect balance of crisp, smooth, and heavy - exactly what I’ve been searching for. The finish/hand-feel is straight up luxury. Notes: Beige is very light, more like a dark ivory, very pretty. The bottom sheet has a silicon non-slip finish on the elastic that keeps it in place - no more rumpling when you roll over. I love California Design sheets! They generally wear well when you dry on a medium setting. Sometimes it looks like the coloring is off but I’ve found this is due to lighting. I have 4 sets and love them all. It’s a good value for the money, is soft and comfortable, and washes well.
