Hard to believe that this is ALL cotton. It is incredibly lightweight but holds heat in like a down filled comforter. Between the two of us we agree to sleep sans top sheet so a comfortable and warm blanket is necessary. This meets both requirements being kitty cat soft and incredibly warm...too warm, in fact that we can't use this as a summer cover but is very very nice in the fall when the evening temps fall off. We are considering a second one just to have around or for when this one eventually wears out. Soft and warm, highly recommend.

This is one of the coziest, most breathable blankets BUT it sheds on everything. If I wear black to sleep I wake up covered in fuzz from the blanket. I washed it and there was a lot of lint that came off of it. I'll see how it sheds after a second wash.

I have been looking for years for one like this. It does, as other reviews have noted, have a lot of lint in the beginning...BUT, this is just because it is cotton. This happens with all cotton blankets like this. It will eventually wash similar to other blankets with a normal amount of lint. It also becomes so much softer after each wash. I can't say enough good things about how comfy this blanket is. I definitely recommend and will probably buy another one for myself!

This is a very nice quilt. It is a very nice size I didn't really pay attention to that when I purchased it I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is soft and 100% cotton. It is very well made. I used it to make a semi-homemade gift for a family friend. I liked it so much I just purchased a second one for another baby gift.
