They are well packaged. I tried them on the bed prior to washing for fit. There was no lint and dust flying off them when I opened them. They were soft and felt very nice right out of the package. I have a S&F mattress requiring a deep pocketed sheet and these fit perfectly. The elastic goes all the way around on the fitted sheet which is marked so you know which way it goes onto the bed. They recommend a long washing prior to use which I did. I washed on the heavy duty cycle with hot water at the highest spin. I used Tide and Downy and no bleach. They had a little bit of static electricity when I took them out of the dryer. These sheets are not thick but not too thin. Lean toward the thinner side I would say but still are very good for the value and I can see them lasting a long time. I got the white striped. They are bright white. I like the subtle stripe and think it looks nice. The pillow cases are regular style without the pocket and are generously sized for a big pillow with room left over. There are no frays, strings hanging etc. and they seem well made. There was not a lot of lint after drying. They had no wrinkling out of the dryer. I did let them get bone dry just to see how they looked and if they would shrink. I put them right on the bed and there was no shrinkage. I think if you leave them in the dryer they might wrinkle a little but would come right out on a short dry cycle or when you put them on the bed. Softness-I have very sensitive skin and notice the softness factor immediately of anything my skin comes in contact with. These are soft and I believe they will just get softer with continued washings. They are not scratchy or crispy at all but feel like a set of sheets you've had for a long time after repeated washings. They are not like microfiber sheets that grab your pajamas when you move in the bed but are smooth. There is no pilling. They are not wrinkled after sleeping on them. They fit well on the bed and are easy to make up, just glide right over the mattress. The elastic stayed put and I didn't have to readjust the fitted sheet after sleeping on it. I have a dog who likes to scratch and make her spot before settling. She did this and the sheets are intact. These will stand up to her scratching and nesting in them. They seem like they will be durable. Overall I am very satisfied with the value of the sheets. They are exactly as they have been advertised. If you are looking for a nice set of sheets that feel good to the skin these are it. They have a 30 day return even if you have washed and used which I appreciate. Who said ya got to have a high thread count for comfort. I think that’s only for length of time on durability.. At the price of each set of sheets, you can always buy more if you do experience a hole or something in the distant future.. The sheets remind me of the ones we had growing up at home. Love the price i purchased three sets will buy another one for my son &daughter-in-law. She loves sateen so I’ll know soon if she likes all cotton. I have very expensive 1000 thread ct. sateen. They can seem cold on winter. These Sheets are smooth cool or warm. Fitted sheets fit great on bed with my extra 4inch foam topper mattresses/ 3 in cotton topper. Perfect. I like tight fit, if u can bounce a quarter on the fitted sheet that’s awesome. But these have a bit more room than that. Plenty of length on the fitted sheet. And pillow slips have extra link for regular sized pillows how we recommend ... show more

I just got these in the mail, and I wanted to review my initial reaction to these sheets. This is a long review, but I feel it necessary, so grab a snack and let's go! Pictures are attached for your viewing pleasure! I went back and forth for over an hour, reading reviews and trying to decide if I wanted to give these sheets a shot or not. I almost didn't buy them 1. Because of all the terrible reviews, and 2. Because of the price. $35 for a 100% cotton sheets would make anyone that knows sheets question why. When companies are advertising their 100% cotton sheets for $300 a set, you tend to be skeptical at the $30-$50 price point. Now I'm sure those $300 sheets are amazing, but crap that's a lot of money for sheets! Plus I feel a lot of the time you're paying more for the name, than the product itself. But, the reviews on this product held the most weight in my indecisiveness. Most of the bad reviews I read were from years ago (2016), so I weeded through them until I found more recent reviews (2019). The most recent reviews were promising, they were definitely better than the older ones. About the sheets themselves... When I opened the shipping box I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. They are protected and secured in a brightly colored cardboard box, with all the company's certifications clearly stated. The sheets themselves are neatly wrapped in tissue paper. I opened the tissue paper, and immediately felt the sheets. Many reviews I read stated they felt as if they were sleeping on sandpaper. I tend to take those reviews with a grain of salt because microfiber is super soft, and it dominates in the sheets/textiles industry now. We have been conditioned to like it. My issues with microfiber sheets are: they tend not to last very long, they stain easily, they don't breathe pwell, and my biggest issue... they're made of synthetic materials like plastic and/or wood pulp. Straight face emoji. Microfiber is soft, more like a suede, it's lightweight, doesn't wrinkle or shrink, and it's reasonably priced. Awesome! All my sheets up until this point have been microfiber. Cotton on the other hand is more crisp, it breathes, stands the test of time and use, and its all natural (great for those with allergies). Cotton sheets crinkle. You can audibly hear the difference between it and microfiber. We always had cotton sheets growing up, and I missed the crisp, cool feel when I'd slip into bed. Though they aren't as "soft" as microfiber, they absolutely do not feel like sandpaper. My husband actually thought they were a little rough as well, but again, he's been sleeping on microfiber his entire adult life. #conditioned. Where I think these sheets were very soft right out of the box, hubby thought they weren't, as others will too. "Soft" is a perception. Everyone has a different definition of what soft is. So I try to be objective about it when making a decision based on reviews. Imo cotton evolves. Think of it like a 100% cotton tshirt. It's stiff and rough when it's brand new, but gets better and softer as it's worn and washed. Cotton also requires more care than other materials. Cotton wrinkles easily, just like a tshirt, and it requires more care than synthetic materials. As long as you follow the care instructions though, they should soften, and hold up well. When it comes to breathing... microfiber does not in my experience. Even though it is moisture wicking, it seems to trap body heat. My husband is an extremely hot sleeper. He runs hot in general. He'll hang one of his feet off the bed while sleeping to help regulate his body temperature because he overheats in the microfiber sheets. Cotton will help in this aspect. On we go... After feeling the sheets, I then inspected the hems. There were a few reviews saying the sewing was terrible, and they had several loose threads. All edges are hemmed very well, and there's not one loose thread. Not one, and I looked. The sewing is uniform throughout the sheets and pillow cases. The elastic in the fitted sheet is thick, and the tags inside telling you direction is incredibly helpful. I am thoroughly impressed with these sheets so far. They're 100% cotton sheets for a very reasonable price. I'm going to throw them in the washer right now (hello gentle cycle that I only use for my unmentionables), and we'll see how they hold up over time. Even if they don't last that long, at this price, it's not that big of a deal. I ordered white in queen size. For those thinking about buying color and the reviews pertaining to color, here's what I'm thinking... these may not be color fast, as is the case with other things 100% cotton. For those reviews about spots on their white sheets, honestly those could be burn spots from the dryer. You can burn cotton with your dryer. Who knew and has totally done that? Hi, me! If you're not wanting to put a lot of time into your sheets, then microfiber will be your best bet. But I encourage everyone to give cotton a try. Cotton was the industry standard years ago, but we've moved away from that in favor of synthetic materials. Try to stay open minded about it, and remember we're human. We can adapt to anything! The product was misleading. It is made in India and shipped from FL. I was looking for cotton percale sheets and found these in wrinkle free cotton. I loved the color which is called Blue Hydrangea. I really dislike the microfiber sheets as they are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on these and found although they are soft to the feel, they are not smooth on my face. They are comfortable to sleep on though. They washed perfectly in warm water and warm dryer. They came out perfectly sized with no bunching of the seams. They retained their shape. They are lightweight, soft to the feel, and dried quickly. The other thing I like is the damask satin weave. The stripe gives texture to the look. All in all, I wouldn't buy again but these are 100% better than microfiber. ... show more

Bought a set of these for my daughter's new bed a year ago, and they were so great, I've since bought two more sets. These days, threadcount doesn't mean anything. I've seen "400 threadcount" sheets that were as rough as sandpaper or so thin I could see through them. Not these. Soft, smooth, and thick enough to feel luxurious without being too warm in summer. I've literally paid double what we paid for these and got far inferior sheets. Just the cloth alone sells it, but they also have elastic all the way around the fitted sheet and extra deep pockets for the extra thick mattresses everyone has these days. There's nothing to dislike about these. I plan to replace all the sheets on all our beds with these, as our old sheets wear out and/or whenever I get jealous that my kids' sheets are nicer than mine. I had bought expensive linen sheets thinking I was doing myself a service. They may have been a blend, since I'm told linen breathes. The ones I had did not and I wasn't sleeping well. I bought these with the recommendation of a friend to get at least 400 thread count. Now I spent a lot on the linen ones so I was being kinda frugal in my search. I’ve been buying very expensive, higher thread, count cotton sheets. Which seem to wear out very quickly. So this time I took time to look at reviews and even though these are us lower thread count that I normally buy, they were a good value so I bought them. The directions say to wash before use which I did. And I feel they’re very comfortable and soft. I’m satisfied, especially with it being 1/3 the the cost of what I normally spend. These are the perfect sheets for a perfect price. Been reading reviews and decided to take a chance on these, and happy I did. They meet my expectations for fit (King size very deep mattress). They meet my expectations for softness. I wanted 100% cotton and manufactueres can be tricky with this with their wording, but this is the real thing.
