This purse is adorable! It is soft and durable. The strap is nice and thick and love that it is adjustable. Much more roomy than I anticipated, which is definitely a plus! Love the zipper inside compartment and the extra pockets on the opposite side. A great price for this product.

I have a couple complaints. Firstly, I was sent the wrong color purse. If I didn't need the purse right now (my previous one broke) I'd request it be replaced. Additionally, the purse they sent me only came with one strap when the description clearly stated that there would be two. I really don't like not getting what I paid for. The purse I did receive, however, appears to be constructed very well. It is roomy, and the wide strap is comfortable. The shape is cute, and it stands up on its own. The zipper is a bit obnoxious - I almost returned it right away because it seemed like it would be unbearable to deal with while out and about. My need for a purse made me fiddle with it a bit longer, though, and I did discover that there is a trick to pulling the zipper closer that makes it much less of a nuisance than it originally seemed. If I'd received what I actually ordered, I would have been a very satisfied customer. ... show more
