Chose this footrest because it had the widest base frame. Very sturdy and a very versatile in heighth/ angle adjustmants. Using on a thickly padded and carpeted floor.

This guitar foot rest is exactly as it is advertised. It's easy to adjust the height to get the elevation you need and it folds down very easily to put away. It doesn't shift while your resting your foot on it, but it could benefit of having a little more weight on the bottom to feel a little sturdier for people that tap their toes while playing.
