Cable management for dummies.... This makes it to easy to get great results. It felt like cheating. The adhesive was almost to strong. Once it touched the surface it did not move a bit. You will have to be careful to place it correctly the first time. Great Product!!!

First off, this isn't my first raceway rodeo. I've tried a variety of products of the years to hide the cabling in my desk, and every year or two I decide to change things up and go with a different raceway, etc. For a recent project I was actually adding a desk into my office for a treadmill desk, and mirroring my three screens, so this led to a lot of wires needing hidden! I ended up buying one pack of the white (for all wall mounted pieces, which I painted to match, which was pretty easy and turned out great FYI), and one pack of the black (for underneath desk/shelves). I counted and I ended up running 38 separate cables all throughout the desk system and it did a great job of hiding all of them. They come in segments of about 15" plus a variety of connectors. I ended up using all 9 of the 15" white raceways and about half of the black raceways. A few random thoughts: - These don't hold the cables quite as secure as some other raceways, partially because the raceway can open up on either side and other raceways tend to have a hinged lid and only close on one end. This took a bit of getting used to as hanging upside down raceways often has gravity trying to force the cables out, and in a few spots I had to overcome this by mounting the cables securely in place with screw-down zip-ties to make sure they wouldn't weigh too much on the edges, otherwise the cover just fell out. This is one of the reasons I gave 4-stars though because I felt they could've had more sturdy connections to prevent them from falling out on their own. - The convenience to bring cables in and out of the raceways at any spot is pretty cool! I've read some other complaints where people said the holes were too small, but if you look at the pictures it shows wider cables going through by bending down the tabs, and I too did this in a few places, but the holes were fine for most of the cables I was running. - The adhesive on the back is STRONG. Stronger than most other raceways. Strong enough after I did some testing I decided to mount with screws and anchors rather than the tape because I was concerned what the wall would look like if I take them off at some point. - Some people complained they couldn't fit enough cables in here, but I don't know what they expected. I found it reasonable for the size, and more than many other raceways. In one of the pictures where I showed the wiring you can see three flat HDMI cables, a power cable for a surge protector, a cable for the treadmill to the desk, and power cable for the treadmill, and I could probably still run one or two cables in there if I needed to. In some places I had to run two raceways because I had too many cables, but they can't magically reduce the cable size :). - I hated the connectors. Especially those for connecting two raceways. I would've really preferred something that clipped on, but the way they connect would make it hard to undo/redo without going through major effort. I decided to ignore the connects and just butt these as close to each other as I could and I think it looks fine, and probably better than it would look with the connectors anyway. The connectors were the main reason I gave these a 4-star and not a 5-star. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again for a future project but would be nice if they can make some improvements as well. ... show more

Positives first; Adhesive appears to be wide and long enough to hold the strips with the cables in them. The prices fit together easily. Negatives: The one inside and outside corners feel that is not sufficient.

I don't write reviews. But holy $#^@! Unless you plan on making this a permanent fixture to your setup, use the screws not the adhesive tape. I used this in my home office with the sticky tape on the back and skipped the screws, and when it came time to move (keep in mind these were only up for a couple months) I literly had to pry these off the walls the plastic was cracking as I was ripping paint and bits of sheet rock off the wall (not a big deal, I already had wall damage to fix from my 2 year old who likes to go full hulk smash, nothing a lil spackle won't fix) this is insane! So in my new setup, I left the plastic backing on the adhesive tape and just used the screws. But all in all, this are awesome, easy to use, and I color matched them to the walls in my new office and they paint just fine, easy to cut with a box cutter if you need to shorten, and feel high quality. They’re kind of small so you might need to split your cables into two tracks. They do tidy things up well but the adhesive tape on the back is garbage. I had to buy stronger double sided tape to hold them to the desk.

    • Pretty good overall, but has one important downside
It's good overall, but the one issue I have with this cable raceway is that using the joints/corner pieces makes it very hard to remove individual raceway covers after everything is installed, so adding/removing cables is a pain. Basically the covers lock into these little notches on either side of the joint pieces, so once they are in place the covers are stuck, and you can only remove them by sliding them out (they can't just be popped off any more). However if you have multiple runs connected, that means the covers won't be able to slide at all either, and will be fully stuck in place. Not a good design - they should have just made the little joint pieces snap on top of the raceway, but they didn't. The good news is that for straight runs you can simply not use the joiner pieces, and it still looks just fine. You can snap the raceway covers on/off easily as needed to add cables. ... show more

From a rats nest of wires to a clean, well managed entertainment center in under two hours. These cable tracks clean up nice. My only gripe is that the corner piece are not made properly. They don't fit how you would expect them too and you have to pry the cable tracks to get them to fit flush. Once you have it figured out, make sure you never have to take it off again. Aside from that, these are great and make a world of difference ... show more
