I can't vouch for the speed claim of this cable, but the quality of cable matters products have been good and I continue to purchase there network cables and other cables over time. I use this often when just tagging into my network for various reasons with laptop etc. I'm on a 1g network, so cant test 10gb. Good product, I would buy again. One day I'm going to do some color coding and replace network cables with new (whatver colors I can come up with) but thats not the key part....the quality of the cable is critical. I purchased this cable to use as an Ethernet cable for my laptop. It works perfectly. Hard to say much more than this. It’s an Ethernet cable which supplies me internet. No clue why Wi-Fi is a feature to review as this is strictly an Ethernet cord. Same with good for working out. Makes no sense. That being said this thing works perfectly and has held the test of time. I recommend it, but it’s insane to say it has any kind of Wi-Fi capabilities or is good for exercise. ... show more
