The idea of this travel pillow is great, but it just doesn't work. If you're anything like me, you care about your face, wrinkles and your makeup--if you're a woman anyway! You do not want to travel to Europe or some other far country and have your face smooshed up and wrinkled for 12 hours. Oh heck no! Besides the makeup mess you would have all over the pillow. It provides super support, however, it can get warm around your neck and shoulders. Just ensure you'll have adequate airflow. It conveniently rolls up with a Velcro strip.

I used this on a 5-6 hour flight and slept on the plane for the first time. Provides good neck support and the flat back doesn't make it uncomfortable against the plane seats. Would recommend!

I do not like the thermo material used to cushion your head/neck. It makes me sweat from my ears down to my shoulder blades. I will have very wet skin from sweating so much. It does hold my head up if I fall asleep in front of the television - preventing neck strain/sprain.
