The bag itself is pretty nice. It's solidly made. Plenty is room for 2 balls. My size 13 bowling shoes fit nicely in the top storage bin. And the pockets up front hold all my accessories such as, a bottle of ball cleaner, spare ball holder, wrist brace, rosin bags, ball shammy, shoe sole brush, and a couple of hand towels and donkey diaper. So, I find the bag great. The bad: the bag trolly is miserable to use. The bag fastens to the trolly by a velcro strap sewn to the bottom of the bag... that's it. The bag falls forward off the trolly, over and over again. There is nothing securing it to the trolls handle to prevent this. The wheels are very small, making it impossible to pull/push the bag on anything other than a smooth surface. It actually struggles on the carpet in the bowling alley. I have since, pulled the bag off the trolley and I just carry it in to bowl. The bag has very nice carry handles. That's also your best bet for being able to use this item as a whole.

The bag itself is fine. It's the strap on roller part that is deficient. Firstly, the bag keeps coming off the "wheeled platform", being poorly held in place with the Velcro strap. The problem is especially noticeable when trying to take it down stairs leading from my bowling alley entrance to the lanes. The concept of four wheels is great, but they are way too small to be fully functional. One last thing, it's much easier to have integrated rolling wheels that to have to try and strap them on to the bag everytime it's in use. Can't recommend this product at all :(

I had some frustrations with this bag initially with the handle not fully extending and completely detaching from the base when attempting to use it. I have since resolved that problem and now I love this bag. This bag might also be frustrating for you, but especially so if you are not very handy. I had to pull the pin out, place the handle and then re secure the pin after making sure to feed it through the holes at the bottom of the handle. Also, make sure to also pull the base out right and left, to extend it's width, to fully support the bag and it's contents. I initially did not realize it extended as such. I love the 4 caster style wheel base as it's much easier to maneuver than a bag with 2 wheels on a single axle. I will say, the handle could be of better quality and more heavy duty than it is but, I carry around 28 lbs in bowling balls just fine. It has a fairly large shoe compartment on top, a decent zipper pocket on the front, a second smaller zipper pocket on the front of that pocket, and two mesh pockets, one on each side of the bag, so there is plenty of storage in this thing.

It holds both balls easily, has plenty of room for shoes and extras, and the wheels roll super smooth. Makes carrying everything way easier, especially in the parking lot. Feels sturdy, zippers are solid, and nothing feels cheap. If you bowl a lot, this bag is totally worth it.

Pros: Material is good quality, compact footprint, wheels are responsive, can convert to a tote, fits my size 13 shoe. Cons: Tips over easily, attaches to the base in a flimsy manner, side pockets are limited in use when balls are inserted, wheels are small which makes for an extreme and awkward tilt when dragging it. Overall: This is a good beginners bag, good for kids and teens. Taller people will not like the tilt required to drag it or the limited space for extra gear.
