After an exhaustive search, I concluded that this had the right balance of features, actual purchase reviews, and cost. It arrived, vacuum packed as expected, after 20 minutes in the dryer on fluff, it was ready to use. I haven’t slept with a damn comforter in decades, and this made me wonder why not. It’s so luxurious, light and warm without getting hot. Nature knows best. Recommended.

This was the best gift I could have ever purchased. I bought this as a wedding anniversary for me and my husband and it's true about everything it said. Finally we are warm all through the night! We don't need additional covers to add warmth. I used cotton sheets as usual and simply put the comforter on top. Warm!!! All through the night. Never felt better quality sleep for once ever. The queen is ample for a double bed. The value I spent was so worth it. I did lay a summer top cover only because our tiny dogs sleep at the foot of our bed. Even they felt no need to crawl up between us during the night. Living in the Pacific Northwest, we are experiencing 30's and 40's in the nights. This is truly the best purchase I have ever made. And it's washable! Hooray.

Not as thick as I thought it would be according to what the description said. But it was on sale with a great discount. I know you get what you pay for but it looks great with a Duvet and shams it's soft it is actually fluffy enough. It is not washable because of it being down. But I use a top sheet and use the cover. I clean them twice a year to refresh. I think anyone who wants to spend more or need more then this isn't for you, luckily this is comfortable, easy to use. I'm lucky I found this gem.

I have researched a LOT about down duvets and purchased them for over 20 years. This one is one of the best! Soft cotton cover, 750 fill power, and lots of loft! Came vacuum packed so it was flat when it was first unpacked but with just a bit of shaking, it started to fluff up immediately. There's absolutely no oder or smell to it. I slept with it on the bed only hours after unpacking and it was nice and fluffy and warm without being too hot. It will continue to air out and the loft will increase as it does. About the crinkly noise some people don't like. ALL quality down duvets have some noise due to the tight weave and the material it takes to keep the down from leaking out. This one actually has very little crackling noise. It will reduce with time. I absolutely LOVE THIS DOWN DUVET! The price is reasonable as well!

3 stars for inaccurate description and bad smell. This comforter had a weird odor I cannot handle. The fabric I doubt is cotton - it felt like microfiber. It was supposed to be the "lightweight for warm sleepers" but instead it was thick and heavy - back in the box it goes - i didn't even bother trying it out. If you want fluffy and warm - yes it is fluffy and it is likely very warm.
