Assembly Instructions Description: Please use the small wooden hammer or the similar tool knock the opposite sides of the connectors when you are trying to insert the panel's rim into the slots of the connector. Making sure the panel's rim is inserted deep into the very end of the slot till you hear a clear 'click' sound shows the panels are properly aligned to each other afterwards.

I was looking for a lightweight customizable shelving unit to organize clothing in my travel trailer closet. Hanging isn’t an efficient use of space so I wanted shelves that can be used for various items. While I don’t know how lightweight this unit is, it seemed to be a good solution. The fabric hanging units would definitely be lighter but I feel this unit will last much longer and doesn’t risk pulling down the hanging rod at the top from the weight. I purchased the 12 cube unit in silver and assembled 9 units to fit the configuration of my camper wardrobe. I used a couple of the extra metal squares and some zip ties to create some shorter shelves on the bottom to store shoes. I plan to add fabric storage bins as well. This will work perfectly in my RV to store my folded clothing, towels and other odds and ends. It was easy to put together, took me about half an hour to figure out what configuration I wanted and assemble the 9 cubes. The materials were packaged reasonably well and there was no damage. The metal seems to be of good quality and there weren’t any defects as others have noted. It seems stable but I will test it out on an upcoming trip and update this review if there are any problems. ... show more

Good support. They do pop loose in some areas, but I think that has to do more with how I’m using these grids for. Zip ties would be the obvious solution, but I haven’t used those yet and so far, no problem. For guinea pig owners, the only downsize is that these grids are not standard c&c 14x14. But after several returns and purchases from various sellers here, I’ve found it difficult in general to get the exact standard size unless you buy from an actual guinea pig website (which costs an arm and leg, and probably a kidney too.) That said, the Midwest liners are okay for the cage, but the standard coroplast bases from places like Kavee (which I have) will not fit these grids. You’ll have to make your own. Still, I appreciate the affordability of these grids and the ability to make my pigs space larger. It’s pretty simple to build and put together if you’re familiar with connectors and grids already, but it may take a slight learning curve to fully secure it if you have no experience. In that case, make sure you hear the “pop” or “snap” sound when connecting to ensure durability. ... show more

Wanted a storage solution light enough to sit on top of my Better Homes & Gardens 8-cube shelf and sturdy enough to be useable. I finally found this and decided to do my own configuration to maximize the available space. Being open wire keeps it from overpowering my small space like shelves or cabinets would. Also being a renter means it will be easy to move and I haven’t damaged the walls. The pink color is soft and lovely. Since I changed the assembly pattern I ran short of the white connectors so I used zip ties and also plan to add a curtain rod pole through the top section with some stout wire and the rod is going to give me a place to hang a grid wire system for back wall storage in the open center section. I’m 63 and it was easy to put together. It came with a wooden mallet that was very helpful occasionally to get it firmly seated in the connector. It was package well and the package was not too heavy. The instructions were also very easy to comprehend. Would definitely buy again. Probably will soon!! ... show more

I was looking for shelving to organize all of my yarn. This was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to put together and was very sturdy. It holds a lot of my yarn and definitely helped to organize it. This is definitely something that I will buy again.

I assembled the unit only to find one wire rack missing. There was no way to contact anyone to request a replacement, so my only option is to disassemble it and return the product. Otherwise, I would keep it. It’s easy to put together. Seems sturdy and it wish it came with all the pieces!
