We live in a multi-generational household and we've been sharing tech for quite some time. I needed my own space so my son bought me this tablet..so far, I love it! I use it mainly for reading, shopping and web searches and it responds well. It's big enough for this old woman to see everything without squinting. It's more than fast enough for everything I need. I don't foresee any problems in the near future. Update: I had to return the first one I received because it was 'glitchy' when I tried to play games on it. Replacement came quickly and so far no other issues. I did ask a question about whether or not you can connect a keyboard and got 2 different responses so I still don't know if you can or not. (sigh) Guess I'll have to figure it out on my own. 2nd Update: After seeing my replacement tablet, my son also bought one of these and had the same problem with it as I did...glitchy when trying to play downloaded games. He is returning his also for a replacement. Maybe this is an ongoing problem with these units? ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is the 2nd one and it is doing the same as the 1st one we sent back. The tablet will not download anything, it shuts off and wont come back on , everything just spins. We sent the 1st one back and this is the replacement doing the same thing. The product is so disappointing espically when your child is all excited and you have to take it back. Ruin the day. Do not buy this ... show more

The only negative was a extremely loud volume on the power up sound. I finally figured it out. Open Settings, scroll to open Audio Profiles. Mine was set to General, but if you set to Silent it will power up silently. Audio still works for videos and music, so Audio Profiles seems to be connected to the phone feature. This tablet is for use with an online reservation system, so we needed more speed than our old Verizon tablet. So far, so good! I'm still exploring but so far it has been easy to use and responsive in our cloud based system. I especially like the attached cover - saves weight over an aftermarket tablet cover. I'm using a bluetooth keyboard to fill out the whole package. ... show more

This is the best tablet I’ve ever purchased and at the lowest price cameras could be better but if you have good lighting they are fine!! But the main reason I purchased was to stream my pc and surfing the web and also to watch movies. I must say the 5g is very fast and stable and I also have to compliment the Bluetooth 5.0 making it able to not stumble on controls from a controller when playing games the latency seems as if it’s 1ms or lower at all aspects of connections and the display is Brilliant running at 60hz making this far and beyond their price this excellent A+ No flaws!!! If you’ve ever bought a tablet and it just couldn’t do what you needed it to do or not fast as you wanted it to be this is your guy!!!!!! ... show more

It was very slow then it got dropped from a very close level to the floor and just was done for it was super frustrating. I do like the concept of the kids apps and such but Def is a slow device as well. I did also like the case and setup I just wish it was durable because barely hitting the floor and now it being done for is just sad even my phones have lasted longer then that and that's saying something with three boys lol ... show more

Don't buy this as I'm 5mo in (got it for Christmas 2020) and the battery is horrible, FULL charge it last less than 1hr 45min as I took it off the charger I hit the timer to see how long it would take till it did a self shutdown as I was seeing my battery time get less and less, I was just browsing the internet, reading.... No streams, no videos nothing that would draw battery as I bought this just for a reader device. ... show more
