This looks really slick in the bathroom. The smart data (Date, time, temp, humidity both inside and out) are really slick. Setup was easy as installing an app, waiting about 45 seconds to have the app/mirror sync, and done. The backlit light could be brighter, it will not really replace a standard overhead, but the ambience created by the backlit mirror is super. Also liked the 2 lit settings, warm and bright. Had to unplug to do final install and all setting were remembered. Save me another sync process, which was nice. Well worth the money.

Absolutely love the look of the mirror. The light feature is a complete game-changer...it’s definitely the focal point of our newly-remodeled bathroom. I realize that an incorrect temperature read may be due to the anti-fog feature when it’s on, but it’s not a big deal. I accidentally left the ant-fog feature on, but I turned it off by pressing the power button for a few seconds...that fixed the interior temperature issue for the most part. I’ll own up to not remembering everything on the instructional pamphlet for not turning that feature off. Anyway, the interior temperature still goes up when either light is on, but that’s the least of my concerns. Customer service is a definite 5 stars because they replied to my email almost instantaneously to assist me...and to that I say “Thank you.”

I really like the mirror. It looks great in my bathroom and does everything it says it will do. I first received the mirror and it was shattered due to shipping. So I got in contact with the seller and they requested pictures for proof and an investigation was done with the shipping company. Very quickly I received another mirror and is in perfect shape and works as described. Thank you guys!! I appreciate you being professional and responding quickly to the issue. Excellent customer service!

This mirror it rarely works, and seems to be either a scam product or just very poor quality disposable product only usable for a few months. At first, the mirror frequently loged its self offline and I need to constantly physically log it back in which I did not expect to have to do. Then a few months later I got a new phone, and the mirror just stopped connecting to the internet completely. I also can no longer log into the app because it says my wifi is not compatible. But it's the same wifi that it was logged into before. I have this in an Airbnb unit, and as you can imagine, this gets really annoying. Their "customer service" does not answer at all, which makes me think the whole thing is a scam. Also a little creepy for guests to have a digital mirror in your bathroom that says "SCAN" instead of the time and temperature like it should. Also the background light does not automatically turn back on when the mirror is turned on and off. I would definitely not buy this again, and I need to figure out a way to replace it with a mirror that actually works, so stuck with this mess for now.

The media could not be loaded. The mirror looks aesthetically pleasing and I like the way it lights up and has all the info on it. That being said, it does emit very subtle noise. If the mirror is powered on it makes a sound that sounds relatively similar to trickling water. I know it's the mirror because I have unplugged it to ensure it wasn't anything something else making the noise that I had up to now been oblivious to. In addition to that if you turn off the clock and weather part of the mirror it causes a new sound which reminds me of Morse code. It was hard to get on video but if you listen to the video I attached to this review you can hear it.
