I work at a pool during the summer and it gets HOT. I carry plenty of water and ice and I would pack my old water bottle with ice, then add water. Usually by the end of the day, the ice would all melt but that was ok as it kept the water cool enough. When I got the Buzio cooler bottle I did the same... in the AM, I filled it with ice, then added water and went to work. This cooler bottle still had ice inside the NEXT morning. I will actually need to get used to using LESS ice with this bottle at I count on ice melting during the day to become water I can drink. I'm not complaining, just pointing out this cooler keeps the COLD in really well. Just to be clear, my job keeps me OUTSIDE 6+ hrs and this cooler was right next to me the whole time. No sweat on the bottle, the carry liner/strap seem sturdy enough. It took me a bit to figure out that the spout is meant only for drinking directly from the bottle as there is a little suction valve that keeps water from pouring - you draw it out by sucking on the spout. I usually pour water from my ice water bottle into a smaller bottle but I guess I don't have to do that any more if I just drink directly from the Buzio bottle. I did order the 'spout lid' cap so I guess I'll see which I like better.

Why spend $40+ dollars for a "brand"? is advertising for another brand for free worth it to you? I work outside in high 90's to 100+ degree heat. I used to use my Nalgene with an insulating cover. Filled with just ice all the way then refrigerator cold water, it would have some small cubes left in 2 hours at best. I put maybe a third the cubes in and still have ice almost 24 hours later even with refilling it a couple of times! No more Nalgene slop where you try to drink from it and the ice slides forward like a Glacier sliding down a mountain uncontrolled. It's much easier to drink from, colder, better looking (The insulated sleeve is just nasty looking no much you tried to clean it), so now I can drink more water while doing what I do. High Quality H20!

At first, I was hesitant because of the price tag of this bottle. It seemed like way too much to be spending on a water bottle but I finally capitulated and I don’t regret it one bit. this bottle is worth every penny keeps me hydrated all day long. Am I drink ice cold for multiple days. I work long days in the sun as a truck driver. This will keep me hydrated all throughout. Would definitely buy again if needed.

It keeps the water cold if you add ice to it in the morning, but the whole thing full of water is around 10lb and the strap broke after a few usages. I liked that the strap had a metal thing that allows the strap to rotate and therefor not twist. One side broke, I added a regular carabiner, then the other side broke too and now I have 2 carabiners holding this thing. Definitely not easy to hold, you need two hands, especially when it’s full, I normally have it on my desk and just sip from it, but if you’re driving, not easy to take a sip. I would still give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cheap strap

I gave this canteen 4 out of 5 stars because of 2 reasons. The first one is one that I own as I should've offered the 64 oz. Option so I'm disappointed in myself because I've already thrown away the packaging. Poor me (a drank!) The second reason is from the initial fill of half solid ice, as opposed to the ice that you get from the hospital, and a refrigerated beverage about 80% of the ice is drank with the initial beverage and the same ratio is left melted the next morning no 9 hours the next morning when I take my meds. It fits in my backpack side pouch and the option of lids and straw spigot function where it gives you the ability to turn it up to drink or siphon through the tube is liberating. Over all it's a quality product and I'm not belly aching over the 48 hour tall tale because a beverage doesn't last longer than 10 hours with my thirst. I can comfortably carry it in my hand and I have no problems with leakage since there's a squeak of the gasket contacting the rim of the wide mouth. The canteen comes with 2 sturdy straws and a straw brush so that keeps you from having to go hunt for it. I'm sure you also own a long handled tumbler brush that will work with it.
