Love and hate relationship. Saves me space and storage and fits most anywhere garage or auto. Still so noisy, a bit difficult with arthritis to expand and lock and collapse again. Does the job and I recommend keeping the box. It’s easier to protect the tines.

This rake is so convenient for small jobs and for small hands. I got it for myself to use in my garden but my kids also love using it. The size is adjustable and it works great for many jobs. It’s very durable too.

The rake works as expected, used for many hours, on leaves and rock that has been stuck together for over a year. Cleaned out the entire front of my home. The spacing when fully extended didn't drag many rocks and got 99% of the leaves. It was super nice to be able to collapse the rake to a smaller width and get behind the shrubs and into tight places. The shaft felt sturdy and did not flex. The design of the actuator to widen or narrow the tines is easy and seems durable. For such a light rake I was impressed! The weight did not tire my arms at all. The only issue I had was when I snagged 1 of the rake tines on a bush it slightly bent. Having said that it was easy to bend back to straight, and had 0 issues collapsing it to small width after. Great rake for the price.

i bought 2 of these over the last 10 years from ACE hardware\. This was my third and i bought this one from Amazon. the older versions did not have a telescoping handle. the only advantage of the new handle is to reduce shipping cost. The telescoping handle is more flimsy and i am not a fan. We will have to wait to see if this impacts durability. The reason this is my third as the plastic components become brittle ofver time. otherwise the rake is versatile and works well on all but the heaviest projects. Hank from Omaha
