I’m 5’10” 180lbs and wear a 32 waist or medium. My legs are pretty bulky but I usually fit just fine into “slim” cut pants. I don’t think I would fit into “skinny” anything. These joggers are borderline too tight for me. They fit ok and if you’re looking for something that has a tighter fit, they’re probably great, but I was hoping for something a bit more relaxed to lounge in. I still like having the pockets and the elastic cuffs as well as a slimmer fit, but these are just a bit too snug. That said, I still wear them frequently and they are otherwise comfortable and feel like decent quality.

The quality seems okay. A little on the thinner side. Bought these because it mentioned deep pockets. The pockets are not deep. If you have any newer phones that are big in size iphone 15 pro max / s23 ultra then your phone will be slightly be sticking out. I can already see my phone falling out of my pocket if I lay down on a bench at the gym. Besides that fit is good.
