It stuck down pretty darn good once the roof warmed up in the sun. Very easy to work with and cuts easily. Feels quality, but I have nothing to compare it to, as this was my first time using a product like this. It absolutely does not stick to a dirty surface, but it seems to adhere extremely well to a well prepped surface. Will see how it does over winter but initial impression is: Conforms and sticks very well to clean surface - Thin and flexible enough to accommodate some rough areas but plenty thick to do the job - Just a tremendous amount of tape there for the price.
