Good to see a taboo subject being addressed in such a nice way. I learned a lot and enjoyed the author’s humor with profound expertise. Anyone who has had painful hemorrhoids will understand that this part of our body deserves professional attention. And anyone who uses this area for pleasure will want to read it all several times. Written with charm and understanding it deserves much praise. The chapter on STI’s is comprehensive and terrifying - enough to hide back in the closet but is essential. No mention of MPox though. The few diagrams are OK but nothing on the focus of attention down under. Everyone should read this book before the MAGA folks start burning it. Congratulations to the author.
