We decided to make the switch to a floor bed for my toddler from his crib who has been struggling to sleep through the night so that we could lay with him if needed, and he has slept through the night every single night since we’ve had it! He rolls around in it all night (we have a full size) so I think he likes the room. We bought an extra firm mattress to replicate a crib mattress. Only issue is the mattress is pretty thick, and I don’t think it’ll be long before my tall toddler will be able to escape from the bed (rails come up right above belly button), so we are going to make sure his bedroom is fully baby proofed. Even with a smaller mattress I think he’d be able to get out eventually (once he realizes he can). I know others had mentioned some gaps around the edges so I included some pictures of that. On one side of the mattress and in the corners there is a very small gap that my hand can barely fit into. I included some pictures of this as I don’t think it will be an issue. It is actually a little tricky to make the bed due to how tight of a fit the mattress is (as it would be with any bed of this design). We have a waterproof mattress cover and fitted sheet to go over the mattress, so that adds to the thickness around the edges slightly as well. Assembly was very time consuming but not complicated (took my husband and his father a few hours to build due to all of the pieces). The instructions were only two pages long and it wasn’t that difficult, but it did take a while and would be hard for one person to assemble on their own. The bed is very solid, seems well made, and is very sturdy. My son absolutely loves it and I highly recommend. It also shipped much more quickly than was estimated.

Product is exactly as described. We really love it so far and is great for short moms who can't bend over crib rails easily. I'm 5ft exactly and can't bend over a crib to put my little one down and ordered this for a full sized bed to eliminate that issue. I saw that some people complained about gaps; it honestly depends on what brand of mattress you have. We have a full firm "bunk bed" mattress in here. My husband eliminated the gap with some sanded 2x4s that are married together with a block so that it can snug the mattress in nice and tight for our 7 month old. It can be easily removed when he grows to a bigger size where a 1 inch gap isn't a problem anymore. Update: My son is now 15 months still an awesome bed!! Well made and sturdy. I wanted to add a section to help people select the best mattress for this. When considering "safe sleep" you'll want a very firm matress and one that is NOT a memory foam style. Since it is not a crib mattress you'll want to select something that is really, really firm so your baby is safe to sleep when they start flipping over on thier own. The best way to know you are purchasing a very firm mattress is to select a mattress designed for a kid's bunk bed. Most kid's bunk bed mattresses are extremely firm because they are constructed of traditional spring and padding textiles which is great for a baby's safe sleep. Get a bunk bed mattress, that is a traditional spring matress, and is as firm as you can purchase (I went to a store and tested them out). The bonus here is these mattress tend to be thinner in height which will give you the maximum hight for this bed's rails. The railing is already really tall (will cover you as long as you need crib rails) but this will ensure you get the most of the railing since a bunk bed's depth is within the manufacturer's recommended max depth.

I spent weeks scouring around for a toddler bed for my son. He is a skilled escape artist and much too tall for his 14 month self and his crib was simply no longer adequate. I desperately needed something to not only grow with him but also contain him as he is still too young to understand staying in bed.. This was the winner! It is so well made, packaged wonderfully and very easy to assemble if your challenged like I am by putting furniture together. I did have to get some bumpers to put on the top of the railing just because I'm worried about my son chewing splinters into the wood but all in all it's solid wood and I love it. The only downside I had is that even though it was so nicely organized and packaged, one of the rails is cracked but we were able to fix it with wood glue.

This product, even though pricy is completely worth it! I ordered it March 15, 2024 and it was delivered on April 3, 2024 via two separate shipments (less than 3 weeks total delivery time). Very high quality wood; seems heavy and durable! Some of the directions were tricky but we were able to put it together within 3 hours or so just by using common sense and sole tools. It looks great in my son’s nursery. The size of this bed is full, and it will fit a full size mattress without any issues. It was the product that allowed me to transition my son to his own room. He hated the crib but absolutely loves his bed and how much room he has. We also use the space for play during the day. I would say, if you’re thinking about it, buy it.

Built like a tank! Best quality product I’ve ever bought to be quite honest. You don’t see stuff made like this these days. I will say, make sure you have a drill to help with all the screws. Putting it together took an hour or more but was very simple with the provided diagram. I was skeptical because of how long shipping took but it was absolutely worth the wait! Very happy with this crib and my daughter loves it.

Little one needed a bigger bed, we initially bought a full size bed and put it in a play pen. However, he is very curious and eats EVERYTHING. By the next day he was somehow managing to tear that apart and eat pieces of it. Out of desperation for a bed that would keep him in, not be a hazard, and fit his new full size mattress we went ahead with this purchase despite the shipping time. This bed arrived over a month earlier than it was scheduled to and is basically escape proof. I can finally have peace of mind and not lay awake paranoid that this bed will somehow become a hazard to him. It is the nicest made piece of furniture we probably have in this house lol. If I had a reason to buy it again, I would just to support this company and their amazing work. THANK YOU!!!

Great quality, as advertised. It arrived in 2 separate parcels and actually came a bit earlier than expected. All parts arrived, all in perfect condition, along with a few spares. I haven’t put the gate door on yet but I will tomorrow. Perfect for my baby, height keeps him contained. It was a little much putting all the screws in since it’s totally disassembled, but I think it’s necessary it comes that way to prevent it being damaged in shipping. Overall very satisfied.

The package arrived with all pieces wrapped separately in saran wrap so they would not be scratched or dented, I really appreciated this. It came with hardware and the screwdrivers needed to assemble it, as well as clearly labeled instructions. The pieces themselves were not labeled, so I went through all the pieces as I unwrapped and put a small sticky note on each with the corresponding number so building would go easier. It went together easily, and took 2 people less than an hour to assemble (using a drill and a rachet screwdriver to make things easier). The bed was exactly what I wanted and I could not have asked for better craftsmanship. Definetly sturdy and will last for several kiddos. Absolutely love this bed.
