My grandson is a preemie and he is still a bit small for the preemie size. He fits in it but to Velcro his arms down doesn’t work because I can’t get it tight enough. He is 4lbs so maybe when he is 5lbs we will be able to use it. Also take into consideration that he is in a nicu and is unable to wear clothes yet so maybe if he had on another layer this would work for him. He was so small and too strong for being swaddled. This kept his arms in and he slept better, they are great. The hat kept him warm too. I recommend it.

This is perfect for my preemie. The material feels great ! He fits very snug. He’s been wearing it since he was 4 pounds! I love the Velcro , super easy to snuggle him up or if he wants to stick an arm out he can.

These were a little big at first for my baby who was 5lb but as he tipped over 6lb he started to fit into them. They are cotton so not very thick, but super convenient to keep his arms swaddled with his receiving blanket yet he can still stretch his legs. Got these because they were an awesome price. The fabric is super thin which we liked for a summer baby. She stayed in them in the beginning But now (29 days old) she can get her arms and legs out pretty easily, so we have to double swaddle her with a blanket swaddle over… also; the beanies are very small so they only fit her the first week we got them. ... show more
