I've been using Burt's Bees products for OVER a year. Their product care line is mostly organic and they even give you the percentage. With organic ingredients, the products are good for you and the environment. They're also financially friendly as opposed to the big names out there. This 100% natural lip crayon is SMOOTH and VERY easy to apply. The color is light which I expected, but neutral enough to wear alone or with foundation and other face make-up. I've worn it just by itself. In the past I have used Mary Kay lip gloss as well as other tinted balms. This is (next to the big name designer brands) one of the best lip crayons out there. Do not ever discontinue Outback Oasis color - its great either on its own, or I often wear it layered over a darker matte lip color, which looks great. Very moisturizing too.

I have been using this Bert's Bees product for at least one year. I was a bit worried when I couldn't find it in shops or online because I love this Outback Oasis color even tho I have several other colors by Bert's Bees. It definitely is moisturizing and I'm very glad there's 'no flavor.' I've found 'long lasting color' in other brands dry my lips too much so reapplying after drinking or eating is not a problem at all ...who needs 'dry lips?' ... show more

The color of this lipstick is very neutral which I like because this color is sometimes too orangey, and though it feels smooth when applying, it eventually becomes very drying for my 75 year old lips. I would have liked this color better with my young, natural hair color, but now that my hair is a blonde-grey, I much prefer the pink lagoon shade--my skin tone is a neutral color. The feel of this is very nice. I didn’t find smell offensive. It was neutral. I don’t know how you buy this product and get the correct color. The images indicated in the listing contradict themselves. The picture of many lips is a different color than the single lip which is a different color than actual product. I really like this. My only wish is that it was longer lasting. It doesn't twist out further when you use up the tip that is showing. That's what you get.
