I can only use select products on my face. Most grocery store lip sticks cause me irritation but Burt's never has. It's moisturizing and feels good on. The color is good initially but wears quickly when eating or drinking.

The coverage is good, the color is rich... but it's too dark of a color for me. Most of my experience with Burts Bees lip gloss has been a more sheer coverage, but this is much deeper and darker in tone. Also, I think it has a blue base because it makes my teeth look yellow. I only wear this if I put a very, very small dot on my lips, use another lightly colored gloss, and blend them both together. It's way too dark for me to wear on its own.
