This is a "hidden gem" bargain in purchasing a scope. This is my 5th BURRIS and clarity, light transmission, and tracking (reticle adjustment) are on par with much more expensive scopes. I am particularly happy with the "Ballistic Plex" reticle which features holdover hashes but is otherwise uncluttered. First scope was DOA with mechanical issues; it happens. The replacement from Burris came quickly, and was fine. I ran a thorough tall tracking test, with power changes between elevation adjustments, and it worked perfectly. Illumination is good and bright, but not overwhelming. If not for the original defective one, I’d give it five stars, for the money. ... show more

Not super impressed. Same performance at dusk and dawn as a $70 bushnell but 3 times the price. Pictures don’t show orange coated lens. Magnification ring is extremely stiff and hard to move. Like that it offers more magnification range but for the price you can do a lot better with other brands. Wouldn’t recommend save your money and buy something different. ... show more
