    • Elastic in fitted sheet hem is 1/4 inch with NO elastic strength
Soft gray, full set of bed sheets. PROS: The sheets were selling at a HUGE discount price. The colors are vibrant and very pretty. The deep pockets are [very] deep so they will fit thicker mattresses. The material is very soft. The material is also rather thin, but not a deal breaker. CONS: The elastic in the fitted sheet is the ONLY reason I am returning the sheets, and the reason for the 3-star rating. The elastic is 1/4 inch, and has NO strength. I fear the stretch will be gone within a few weeks with steady washing and wear. The elastic just runs through the hem. It is NOT sewn into the hem or the sheet itself. It just slides through the open gap of the hem, so all the elastic is stretched out in sections and loose in other areas. There is no conformity of stretch. ... show more
