I'm quite happy with this little tote. It's a bit taller than your typical household tool bag, perfect for holding the extra length of many gardening tools. At the same time, the bag's compact size makes it easy to carry around the yard and doesn't take up a lot of room in the garage. The bag is nicely made with durable materials. The eight pockets are all big enough to store an average gardening spade with room to spare. The center compartment is spacious, and its three-button design lets you close the bag with long handles (such as those of my mini lopper) poking out the top. Since this bag is meant to be used in the garden where things could get muddy, I would prefer if it had an easy-to-clean hard plastic bottom instead of fabric. Also, some pockets on the inside might have been nice for additional organization. Those are just minor critiques, so this bag gets a solid 4+ rating from me.

I decided to take up gardening this year and bought the requisite hand tools but didn't buy anything to put them in. This bag solves that problem for me. No more sticking gardening tools in my pockets, under my arm or chin, or forgetting one and having to stop while in the middle of something and go and retrieve. This bag is the perfect size for these tools plus extra storage space for things like garden ties, stakes, sunblock, etc. The material and construction are very good and I believe this bag will suit me for several years. I will say that the bag is smaller than what I thought it would be based on the photos but it is actually the perfect size for my needs.

I got this bag to use for my own tool kit since I can never find the tools I'm looking for when I need them as my husband has usually run off with them to use elsewhere! This bag isn't quite as brute as an actual tool bag, which I didn't expect it to be since it's marketed as a gardening tool bag, not hand and power tools bag, but I can tell it'll work well for what I need it for. I love all of the pockets and the snaps to keep it closed. The stitching leaves a little to be desired, but is workable.

When I saw this bag, I debated whether to order the green, which is bright and easy to see, or the orange, which is mostly black and less likely to look dirty with regular use. Practicality won out, and I chose the darker color. When it arrived, I was pleased to see that it was well constructed out of rugged materials. The eight pockets, 3 on each side and 1 on each end, are large enough to fit most garden hand tools. The pocket in the center is surprisingly roomy. Mine currently contains a box of rolled twine, seed packets, plant labels, pencil, and a hammer. The padded fabric handle makes it comfortable to carry, even when full. It’s still a little wet and cold to do much planting, but I am looking forward to using this tote as I work in my garden this year. Not only will I have everything I need in one place, but it will be easy to see if I’ve left anything behind.

If you're going to garden, even occasionally, you'll aquire tools & if you don't want to waste loads of time searching for them, get yourself a good garden tote. This Heavy Duty, 8 pocket organizer is a really good one. The material is a waterproof oxford, has a padded handle & a reinforced bottom. The outside pockets are roomy enough to hold hand tools, a water bottle or my always necessary spray bottle of DEET. All the pockets stay open at the top however there is a single snap if you want to close the middle pocket. This is a good size to carry around with you for gardening or other work, general tools come to mind. It's not going to hold a chainsaw mind you, however their size means they're not difficult to locate if you forget where you set one down. I do like this tote & it's helped me to stay organized so far this Spring while working outdoors.

This is a great portable tool bag and storage organizer with 8 pockets! I intentionally ordered Orange, which is mostly black and bag looks good. Due to the fact that this bag has a spacious center compartment and pockets all around the outside as well as straps that make it easy carry, I decided to use it somewhere entirely different! I put bottles of cleaners in the middle and scrubbers in the outside pockets. This durable bag has already endured a rugged outdoor environment and it holds up well. After toting this around and setting it around all over the ground, this bag is still in great shape! I recommend this 12 x 12 x 6 organizer bag for garden/outdoor hand tools for sure, it's strong and tough.

While this is promoted as a bag for gardening tools, and how I expect to use it, it can also be used for many things. This is a heavy weight bag which is lined. The webbed straps for the handles seem to run completely around the bottom. It’s a little hard to tell, but at a minimum they run down the entire side. There are snaps around the top to help keep things contained. I like this a lot better than a zipper because some longer stuff can still stick out. To give an idea of the size of the side pockets, they will fit a typical spray paint can perfectly. There is an elastic strap that runs across the top of those side pockets which will help control some longer stuff. I may get another bag for storing a kit of things that I need to maintain some equipment like lubricants, cleaners, filters, small spare parts, nuts, bolts, and etc. This is a very nice bag.

This is a sturdy well-made tote with plenty of pockets to hold tools. It's nice to have something that you can have everything in and quickly grab to go out and take care of plants. Plenty of room in the interior pocket. I think anyone gardening or working with plants would find this very useful. Happy we have it and my girlfriend isn't miss placing tools so much anymore. LOL
