I've had this desk for about 2 weeks now and I have loved it. The look is nice and sleek and it is very spacious. Metal is sturdy, super comfortable to sit/stand at, and I really like the extra little corner spot. All was well until just today, about a few hours ago, when my ability to raise/lower this desk was stripped away from me. I went to move the desk up so I could stand, but I got "E05" (pictured). I have tried various troubleshooting methods but no dice. When I try to reset with up and down it just beeps over and over showing "000" and then "E05". The box that has the controller in it (also pictured) is making a clicking sound every time the error happens but nothing seems to be wrong with it? No parts were damaged in my time using this, I inspected the inside of the panel and the controller everything seems fine. I searched for info to contact the seller to maybe get this resolved but I could not find anything, nor was Amazon support any help. So I don't know what's wrong but I cannot raise or lower my desk anymore and that is INCREDIBLY disappointing... at least it is stuck in a good position I guess.... I will throw away the panel and controller and just use as a regular desk until I can replace it entirely whenever clever. I will definitely be buying a reputable brands electric desk next time. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE

I love this desk! It’s great for the price. I opened the box and was very intimidated by all the pieces and thought “oh what have i gotten myself into” but the instructions were very straight forward and it took less then an hour to put together. Very simple. However, there are some things i wish i knew after putting it together. The desk comes with a little basket underneath. I wasn’t sure what it was for but went ahead and attached it to the desk. The instructions don’t tell you what it is for. I ended up finding out the hard way. After i set up the desk, setting my sitting and standing presets, put all my monitors on top and plugged in. I proceeded to use my standing preset to rise the desk. Well the cords were on the floor and my monitors started falling off the desk!! I frantically was looking for an emergency stop button but of course there isn’t one. So i quickly pressed the down arrow and the desk went back down. Long story short, if your like me… the little basket is for your power strip!!! This way there won’t be any tension on the cords when you rise the desk. Only other complaint is i wish there was an emergency stop button if anything malfunctions. Otherwise i truly love this desk!!!

UPDATE: The seller read my comment and reached out me immediately. I will say their customer service was A++. We did some trouble shooting and when that did not work they sent me replacement parts in a matter of days. The desk is working again and I love it! As I stated in my previous review, the desk provides ample space for my (2) 24" monitors and my laptop. Plus a wireless mouse and keyboard while still leaving room to write and keep basic desk supplies. Overall I would highly recommend this desk! I purchased the BUNOEM L-Shaped 59" Height Adjustable Electric Standing Desk,Height Stand Up Computer Desk,Sit and Stand Home Office Desk with Splice Board in June of 2023 (less than 6 months ago) and while I love the desk, the keypad to adjust the desk has stopped working and I cannot get a hold of customer support to fix the issue. Overall though, the size of the desk works perfect for my three monitors and laptop which still providing amble space for a wireless keyboard and mouse and to write. I would give this 5 stars if it still worked.
