This is a really nice standing desk. I wanted something with a sort of writing desk on the left since I am left handed. It works like a charm. The box is pretty heavy so you might need to have help getting it inside, but if you just open the top side of the box and it's laid out for easy assembly. One of my favorite parts of this assembly is that it comes together as you pull stuff out of the box. From the instructions this thing will life about 160 pounds, however, I don't know if that's true. I have a laptop, some papers and notebooks and a 24" monitor on mine, and while it moves smoothly, I don't know if I could get another monitor in it and feel good about that movement. That concern is based on the sound during a lift to standing, rather than anything else. It probably would be fine, but come on if you have over 160 pounds of stuff on your desk, you might need to reorganize some stuff. I like this desk, it's sturdy, it's comfortable, and it's one of the least expensive.

***Update 2/7/2024**** Changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars given the excellent customer service. Very responsive, sent replacement parts quickly and even followed up!!!! Huge shoutout and I’m loving my desk!! ******************************* I usually do not write reviews, however, I felt it was important to share my experience if you are thinking about purchasing this desk. Pros: *The size of the desk is great, especially if you have multiple monitors and need the extra space *I found it easy to assemble however, plan for a couple of hours *Love the ability to easily raise and lower the desk to allow you to sit or stand Cons: *The desk stopped working with days I've reached out to support to get help and will update my review based on what happens from here. However, I'm super disappointed that I've only had the desk for less than 2 weeks and it's not working :-(

Another mistake purchase from an overseas distributor. I have had this desk for a little over 3 years (not bad). Up until recently, it has been a great desk. Affordable and very nice design. I have been happy with this purchase and have bought multiple desks for co-workers. However, if it looks too good to be true..... ...and it certainly was too good to be true. We always take a risk purchasing affordable items with unfamiliar names, when we purchase on Amazon. Some items are ok. This one ended up being a bit of a conundrum. I love the option to stand and work, but when I pushed the button recently to raise the desk, it raised to a certain spot and then stopped and displayed an "E-01" error code. I attempted to unplug and reset the controls before I reached out to customer service with no success. I was able to get a hold of someone from BUNOEM, who was initially helpful. They communicated what the problem was, and advised my desk was out of warranty and that I would need to purchase a new controller to fix the issue. I was absolutely ok with this. UNTIL... I requested a link to purchase the replacement part and got the run around. When I finally received the link, it was for some random piece that didn't match the unit. I have gone back and forth with this company for almost a month requesting a new link for the proper part and included pictures of the part itself, before I was ghosted by the seller. It has been over 10 days and no one will contact me any further. I suppose I have exhausted them, trying to do the right thing. If you are looking for a temporary purchase, go ahead a do so. I am a fan of fixing the issue and keeping quality and customer service at the forefront of my mind. This was a bust. Disappointed...

Good Standing Desk with strong quiet motors. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the chip in the edge of the desk. Not a big dent but big enough to notices and mention in this post. Other then that it is a sturdy desk but when fully extended it gets a little wobbly. I checked and it's in the legs because when it goes back down there is no wobbly. Update!!! I have had this desk for little over 3 years now. It stopped working in the standing position and got stuck there. I tried resetting but did not work. I noticed a lot of reviewers were having this problem with the desk. I reached out to Customer Service and they were great. They got back to me next day. I explained the problem and they said it could be the hand controller or the controller box under the desk. Since I was out of the 2 year warranty they charged me $40.00 including tax but they sent me all the parts. The Hand Controller, Controller Box and 2 Motors. Only thing I ended up needing was the Controller Box. I really love the desk. It has been holding up well except for the faulty Controller Box. Great look for the cheap price. Most adjustable desk this big cost over $500 to $1500. I was glad I was able get it fixed. I guess the $40 wasn't so bad;) and now I have extra replacement parts!

Although it took hours, the desk is rather easy to assemble. And it worked and went up and down the first time I plugged it in. The desk is nice and I was happy when I saw it moved. But just after I replugged to another outlet the desk never moves again. I replugged several times but nothing changed. I can always hear a "beep" after plugging in, and the controller shows the "69" digit number for a few seconds. But there is no response when I press any of the buttons during the controller's screen is on. And the screen goes dark after a few seconds. I reconnected the circuit and I can always hear a "beep" after connecting the power cable and the ac adapter, but nothing changed. I don't want to disassemble the desk and it's very heavy to return. I could not find customer service, and please help if you guys see this review.
