This is my third order of this product and I will keep ordering it. I often shave with a straight razor and was looking for some extra protection under the shaving cream. I tried this stuff and found it perfect. It really softens the stubble and makes it easy for the blade to cut. It also smooths the skin so the blade nicks my skin less. I often skip the shaving cream and just use this since I can see the contours of my goatee better. I don't know if it works as well of you have heavy hair growth.
